Fireproof fabrics are fabrics with high heat resistance and are used in all areas requiring security. In the textile sector, fire-resistant and high-strength fabrics are produced up to a temperature of over one thousand degrees in accordance with the use of the employees who are required to intervene with fire.

These flame retardant fabrics delay combustion as much as possible. Fireproof fabrics are preferred in shopping malls, cinema and theater halls, restaurants, entertainment centers and educational and health institutions, where the people are in bulk, against the high fire risk and decorative applications.

In the final stage of fabric production, the fire retardant finishes applied in the finishing processes prevent the fabric from releasing flammable gases. Such fabrics do not burn but are charred. Flame retardant additives are applied to the fabrics.

Between furniture tests, flammability tests of composites for seating are performed by authorized laboratories. The degree of combustion of such fabrics is directly related to the type, weight, density of the fabric, hairiness of the fabric, the way of touching and the finishing process applied. Fireproof fabrics are woven with yarns made of non-flammable fibers. Or at the finishing stage, non-flammable finish is applied to the fabric.

Laboratories are accredited by national or international accreditation bodies in accordance with the standards of TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Therefore, their tests and reports are quality, reliable and fast.

At the same time, laboratories comply with the standards prepared by local and foreign organizations in their test studies.
