The Turkish Food Codex Sugar Communiqué (Communiqué no: 2006 / 2006), issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 40, has been issued with the aim of explaining the properties of these products in order to ensure that the sugars are produced, prepared, processed, preserved, stored, transported and marketed in accordance with the technique. .

According to this disclosure, the sugar solution is the solution formed by dissolving crystallized sucrose in water. This solution must have certain properties for the use of white as well as product names entering the invert sugar solution and invert sugar syrup. For example, the color of the sugar solution should be at most 25 IU according to the ICUMSA method. In addition, according to ICUMSA method, the conductivity ash value of invert sugar solution and invert sugar syrup should be maximum 0,1 by weight and solution color should be maximum 25 IU.

It is a worldwide organization that brings together national sugar analysis committees in more than twenty countries.
