Hot Environment Benchmarks

Hot Environment Tests
Hot Environment Tests

As in the cold environment tests, hot test cabinets are needed for all tensile and compression tests. Similarly, in the automotive sector, white goods sector, production with aluminum and other metals, and in the production of cables and plastic materials, hot environment tests are needed.

High temperature insulation is provided in the hot test cabinets where hot environment tests are performed and the temperature sensitivity is also minus 1 degree in these cabinets as in the cold test cabinets. There are also special test equipment inside the hot test cabinets. In the hot environment tests, the behavior of the materials or finished products used in the above mentioned sectors and production areas in the hot climate environment is tested. It is expected that these products will not lose their strength at a certain temperature and behave as desired.

The test and inspection facilities also have hot test chambers, such as cold test chambers, and provide a warm environment for tensile and compression tests. The warm environment cabinets are used in all tests related to high temperature and are extremely sensitive and temperature controlled. In addition to testing, it is widely used in different sectors for the purpose of dehumidification, sterilization and drying. These cabinets provide equal temperature in the cabin with air circulation system and the environment is adjusted to a desired temperature value up to 250 degree with high sensitivity.

During the specific test studies, the current regulations and the relevant standards published by many domestic and foreign organizations are taken into consideration. In line with the needs of the enterprises, our company also conducts hot environment tests within the framework of specific tests.

Meanwhile, our organization has been accredited by ÖSAS accreditation organization in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 General Requirements for the Qualification of Testing and Calibration Laboratories and serves within this framework.
