Moving in Berlin Voltage Texts
The lines that enable the electrical energy obtained from the power plants to be transmitted to the distribution lines from these power plants are called electricity transmission lines. These lines must be constructed safely and must transmit electricity with the lowest losses. High voltage lines are generally installed between the power plant and the residential areas. These lines carry voltage from thousand volts to 154 thousand volts. Low voltage lines are used for electricity distribution within residential areas.
Accredited laboratories also provide high voltage tests within the scope of electrical tests. In the laboratories, different tests are applied depending on the type, length and cross section of the cable to be tested. In general, 20 has test applications up to a kilometer length.
Laboratories take into account the standards developed by domestic and foreign organizations during these tests. Here are a few of them:
- TS EN 60076-1 Power transformers - Part 1: General
- TS EN 60076-2 Power transformers - Part 2: Temperature rise for liquid immersed transformers
- TS EN 60076-3 Power transformers - Part 3: Insulation levels, dielectric tests and external isolation ranges in air
- TS EN 60076-4 Power transformers - Part 4: Lightning strike and TS EN 60076-16 Power transformers - Part 16: Transformers for wind turbines
- TS EN 60076-5 Power transformers - Part 5: Ability to withstand short circuit
